VisionCraft Homes — Pay Nothing Until The Work Is Approved

Roofing, siding, paint and structure — you pay nothing until the work is approved

Mon–Fri 8–6 · Sat 9–3
BEFORE AFTER

Zero down. Proof first.

Pay nothing until the work is done and approved.

Every project starts with a written forensic diagnosis of what’s actually failing, then one team does the work and you pay only after each phase passes your walkthrough.

It’s free, and you don’t owe us anything.

YOU PAY HERE
Due before we started Houston, TX

$0.00

Roof stripped and rebuilt

Decking replaced, new architectural shingles — invoiced only after the walkthrough.

How contractors usually get paid

The deposit is where it goes wrong.

A deposit-first contract asks you to fund the job before it starts. If the crew stalls or disappears, you're the one out the money. We built VisionCraft to flip that. You don't fund the work. We do.

The usual way

Pay first, hope second

Pay a deposit up front, then hope someone actually does the work.

Before any quote

We document what’s failing before we ask for a signature.

The contract comes last. It’s $0 down with a milestone schedule. Nothing is due until you approve the work.

All of it goes into a written report you keep — yours to hold on to even if you never hire us.

What we fix

One team owns the whole job, roof to foundation.

Roof, siding, paint, and structure under one accountable team. There’s no seam where two contractors blame each other.

How is this different from financing?
Financing means you borrow money and still owe it whether the work gets done or not. Here you owe nothing until each phase is done, and you have approved it yourself.
What if I do not approve a phase?
We stop and fix it. We do not get paid until the phase passes your walkthrough, so you stay in control the whole job.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The forensic inspection and the written diagnosis are free, and you are under no obligation to hire us after you read it.
How much will my project cost?
We cannot price work we have not diagnosed. After the inspection you get a written scope with straight numbers and no surprise add-ons.
Do you put a lien on my house?
No. We do not place liens. You pay when the work is complete and you are satisfied with it.
How soon can someone come out?
Send the form and we text you back to find a time, usually the same day. Most assessments happen within a few days, sooner if water is getting in.
